I am a clinical psychologist and depth psychotherapist with more than four decades of experience. My work offers a grounded, relational approach to psychotherapy that attends to emotional life, meaning, and how inner experience unfolds within relationships.

This is a thoughtful, depth-oriented practice for people seeking understanding, integration, and steadiness rather than quick solutions. The work moves at a human pace, guided by presence, careful listening, and respect for psychological limits.

I work with emotional and relational difficulties, life transitions, dream material, and questions of meaning or purpose, always with attention to safety, grounding, and everyday functioning.

Psychotherapy is a relationship. Change emerges through trust, consistency, and shared attention to what is present—whether quiet or intense, ordinary or deeply symbolic.

This practice is informed by depth psychology and long clinical experience, and is devoted to helping people live with greater coherence, resilience, and vitality.

My approach emphasizes presence, attunement, and careful listening rather than quick solutions. While symptom relief and stability matter, the deeper aim is integration: helping people understand themselves more fully and live with greater coherence and vitality.

I work with:

  • Emotional and relational difficulties

  • Dreamwork and unconscious material

  • Life transitions, loss, and existential concerns

  • Psychological aspects of spiritual or meaning-related questions

All work is grounded in safety, pacing, and respect for the realities of daily life.
